These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Vasuki's self-driving technology services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all legal and regulatory requirements to operate a vehicle in your jurisdiction.
2. Use of the Services
You are responsible for following all traffic laws and regulations while using the Services.
You must remain attentive and ready to take control of the vehicle at any time when using the Services.
You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle while using the Services, unless such damage is caused by a malfunction of the self-driving technology.
3. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your personal information.
Vasuki owns all data collected from the vehicle while using the Services, except for your personal information.
You grant Vasuki a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use vehicle data for the purposes of providing, improving, and developing the Services.
4. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF DEALING.
Vasuki does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely safe.
Vasuki is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.
5. Limitation of Liability
VASUKI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF VASUKI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vasuki, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
